Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Services

The Jersey City Public School District’s Special Education Department is seeking proposals from an outside agency to provide behavior consultation and coaching in selected Special Education Classrooms along with strategies and techniques that will assist staff with controlling and diminishing inappropriate behavior; provide observation of students and staff in selected Special Education classrooms along with strategies and techniques including modeling said techniques and instructing students. Provide campus and district wide training on behavior interventions, writing of appropriate behavior goals and behavior plan for current students with Individualized Educational Plans [I.E.P.] These services are to be conducted by a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst , and who is approved by the State of New Jersey to provide these services as requested by the child study team. The District is the second largest school district in the State of New Jersey and comprises forty-one schools. This district has historically hired full time personnel to provide this service but due to the demands for services additional personnel will be required.
