1.1 General Notice 1.1.1 The City of Heath (“Owner”) extends this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to solicit a Statement of Qualification (“SOQ”) from any interested party (“Proposer”) for Design-Build (DB)Services (“Services”) for one or both of two separate and distinct public safety projects (“Project”): 1. New Central Public Safety Building 2. New Satellite Fire Station Design-build teams may express interest in either or both projects. The City of Heath reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, and the right to award either or both projects to a selected team.
