TRAVEL-1653 - USA (Williamsburg, Virginia) - Hotel Lodging, Meals and Conference Space Services - Deadline June 23,2026

Vendor needs to provide hotel lodging, meals and conference space services to the government authority located in Williamsburg, VA. – Provide on–site conference facilities, including lodging, direct meal services, and conference rooms in agency for a 4–day training program for approximately 100 people (estimated). – Hotel accommodation for four (4) nights, billed at or below state per diem rate.– Designated training registration area for five (5) days to be supplied with one (1) 12 ft. table with cloth table cover (or equivalent), two chairs, two (2) display easels, trash can, ice water, and drinking glasses.– Conference Room for four (4) days with tables & chairs arranged in a classroom style with ample room for 100 attendees.– Coffee/tea/soft drinks available throughout the program for morning and afternoon breaks each day– Snacks (cookies, chips & salsa/dip, or hot snack items) for afternoon breaks each day– Hot Breakfast for four (4) days, served between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. each morning– Luncheon for four (4) days, served between noon and 1:30 p.m. each day
