Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to demolish an existing mobile home and reconstruct a new, 3BR/2BTH 1200 square foot single story home. The site is located at 1333 Balkin Road, Tallahassee, FL 32305. The County intends to award this solicitation on the total price which includes the base bid plus contingency pricing (see attachment F). Prime contractor must be a Licensed General Contractor or a Licensed Building Contractor.
