Description
Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor for the demolition of an existing mobile home and reconstruction of a new 3BD/2BTH, 1200 square foot single story home per attached plans (See Attachments G) . The County intends to award this solicitation on the sum of bid prices in the Work Write Up - Price Sheets (see Attachment F) . Prime contractor must be a Licensed General, Building, or Residential Contractor. A Mandatory On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday , August 21, 2024 at 1:00pm at 8142 Blackjack Rd, #19C, Tallahassee, FL 32305. Attendance is mandatory to be eligible for award.
