REBID-Home Demolition & Reconstruction - 3 Homes

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to demolish three (3) existing homes (one mobile and two site built) and reconstruct three (3) new, 3BR/2BTH 1200 square foot single story homes per attached plans (see attachments I, J, and K). The sites are located at: 1333 Balkin Road, Tallahassee, FL 32305 5042 Pryor Court, Tallahassee, FL 32303 6518 Tom Roberts Road, Tallahassee, FL 32305 The County intends to award this solicitation on the sum of all three (3) base bid prices in the Work Write Ups - Price Sheets (see attachments F, G, and H). The County reserves the right to award Contingency Items from the Work Write Ups to the successful bidder if it is in the best interest of the County. Prime contractor must be a Licensed General Contractor, Licensed Building Contractor or Licensed Residential Contractor.
