Virtual Psychoeducational Assessment Evaluations

The Jersey City Public School District’s Special Education Department is seeking proposals from an outside agency to provide testing services in the area of psychoeducational and learning assessment evaluations for students either with current Individualized Educational Plans [I.E.P.] or those students who are in the process of being referred. These services are to be conducted by a School Psychologist, and who is approved by the State of New Jersey to provide these services as requested by the Child Study Team on an "as needed" basis. The District is the second largest school district in the State of New Jersey and comprises forty-one schools. This district has historically hired full time personnel The Jersey City Board of Education desires to engage the services of an agency that will provide these services on as needed basis when the school district does not possess adequate in-house resources or expertise.
