Telephone Answering Services Countywide

It is the intent of Pinellas County to solicit quotes for Telephone Answering Services. Pinellas County seeks to establish an ongoing contract for telephone answering services. Services include coverage in the evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional normal daytime work hours. Call takers will be required to receive incoming calls and electronically relay those messages and dispatch emergency calls to designated staff. This contract covers needs for multiple departments. The nature of citizen’s calls will normally relate to the functions for the Department.
