The City of Avondale (the “City”) is issuing this Informal Request For Proposals (this “RFP”) seeking proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified, licensed firms (“Vendors”) interested to provide professional telephone answering services for the support of the City’s operations, activities and programs, during night, holiday, weekend hours, or on an as needed basis; categorized as “after hours” as described in the section title Scope of Work on an as-needed basis (the “Services”) for a period of one year, with four renewable one-year options, as set forth in the Sample Professional Services Agreement .
