EXTRA-71667 - USA (Georgetown, South Carolina) - Comprehensive Solid Waste Engineering and Monitoring Services - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive solid waste engineering and monitoring services to the government authority located in Georgetown, SC.– Provide a full range of professional services to support the county’s solid waste management system, including planning, permitting, facility design, project management, implementation, procurement support, staff training, environmental monitoring and reporting, and construction quality assurance.– Delivering expert solid waste engineering support for the operation, maintenance, and environmental compliance of all county–managed facilities.– Advising and assisting the County in maintaining full compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental regulations.– Assisting with the development of long–term strategies for landfill expansion, optimization, and sustainability.– Providing professional project management across all assignments, including regular progress reporting, stakeholder coordination, timely correspondence, invoice management, and review and processing of contractor submittals and payment requests.– Develop and deliver routine training sessions for county personnel covering applicable regulations, permit conditions, environmental monitoring protocols, safety practices, and operational best practices to ensure consistent and compliant facility management.– Supporting landfill–related monitoring and reporting programs, including groundwater, methane gas, storm water, and wetlands compliance.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
