Leon County is seeking the services of a licensed Building or General Contractor, in the State of Florida as required by Chapter 489, Florida Statutes, to Remove existing roof material; Repair damaged stucco; Install new roof insulation; Install new standing seam metal roof and appurtenances; and Fabricate and Install new metal awnings over exterior doors. Non-Disclosure Agreements can be submitted via e-mail to HillG@leoncountyfl.gov or mailed/hand delivered to the Leon County Purchasing Division located at 1800-3 N. Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, FL 32308.
