REBID - Leon County Health Clinic Re-roofing

Leon County is seeking the services of a licensed Building or General Contractor, in the State of Florida as required by Chapter 489, Florida Statutes, to Remove existing roof material; Repair damaged stucco; Install new roof insulation; Install new standing seam metal roof and appurtenances; and Fabricate and Install new metal awnings over exterior doors. A MANDATORY On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on 6/22/2023 at 872 W. Orange Ave., Tallahassee, FL Submittal of a properly completed Non-Disclosure Agreement (Attachment H) is required to receive access to the password protected Plans/Specs (Attachments D, E, & F) Non-Disclosure Agreements can be submitted via e-mail to HillG@leoncountyfl.gov or mailed/hand delivered to the Leon County Purchasing Division located at 1800-3 N. Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, FL 32308. PLEASE NOTE - MWSBE Participation Plan and/or Good Faith Effort documentation (Attachment C): Failure to Submit all Properly Completed MWBE Section Forms will result in the bid being deemed Nonresponsive.
