Leon County Detention Center North Wing Phase 1 Roof Replacement

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to replace a portion of the roof on the Leon County Sheriff's Office Detention Center- North Wing. This work includes replacing approximately 18,245 SF of roofing to include possible selective demolition and replacement of structural steel deck and roof insulation, installation of new cover board and PVC roofing, flashing and roof appurtenances. Security Requirements: All prospective bidders must familiarize themselves and agree to abiding with the "Leon County Sheriff's Office Construction Contractor Orientation Manual." Upon contract being awarded and prior to commencement of work, the Contractor shall submit a "Leon County Sheriff's Office Criminal History Check Request" for each employee entering the Detention Facility and maintain a "Leon County Sheriff's Office Contractor Tool Inventory Log" each day work is being conducted.
