The South 10th site is owned by the City of Tucson and is in transition from Environmental & General Services and Tucson Water uses to become a future mixed income mixed use development. This project is in response to the increasing need for more affordable housing options in Tucson. The City of Tucson is soliciting bids from General Contractors for South 10th Avenue - Infrastructure Improvements. The Project consists of offsite improvements for 1402-1450 South 10th avenue along West 23rd Street, South 10th Avenue, West 25th Street, South 11th Avenue. The improvements include, but not limited to, road pavement, curb, sidewalk, curb ramps, sidewalk scuppers, and driveway aprons.
