Grand Ave and Airport Boulevard Streetscape Improvement Project

The Grand Avenue Airport Boulevard Streetscape Project will modify Airport Blvd from Baden Ave to Miller Ave to install a new bike lanes and curb extensions. The work would consist of demolition, pavement restoration, concrete, striping, signage, electrical, traffic signals, landscaping, and irrigation work. The engineers estimate for the work is $2,750,000. The Contractor shall be responsible to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, incidentals and services necessary to complete all the work as specified and in accordance with the plans and specifications provided in this request for bids. At the time of contract award, the successful Bidder must be legally entitled to perform contracts requiring a Class A Contractor's license. Any Bidder or contractor not so licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law including, but not limited to, any appropriate disciplinary action by the Contractors' State License Board.
