Light to Medium Duty Vehicle Collision Repair

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD), is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive collision repair, bodywork, and paint services for light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles. These services include, but are not limited to, repairs for municipal fleet vehicles, fire department vehicles, police department vehicles, and other City-owned vehicles. Services shall encompass complete bodywork, structural repairs, interior repairs, painting, and refinishing, all performed in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards and the operational needs of the City. The City anticipates awarding a contract with an initial term of up to five (5) years, subject to City approval.
