Description

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD), is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide as-needed medium and heavy-duty collision repair, bodywork, and paint services for City-owned fleet vehicles and equipment. Services may include, but are not limited to, complete bodywork, structural repairs, interior repairs, painting, and refinishing, all performed in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards and the operational needs of the City. The contract will support repairs to a diverse municipal fleet, including emergency response vehicles, specialized fleet equipment, and other public works vehicles. The City anticipates awarding a contract with an initial term of up to five (5) years, subject to City approval.
