(1) Vendor needs to provide recruiting services for executive director to the government authority located in North Carolina. – Professional executive management recruiting firms and consultants to submit written proposals to conduct an executive recruitment campaign for the position of executive director, to include the following responsibilities:• Assessing the organization and position• Developing a recruitment strategy• Sourcing candidates• Screening and evaluating candidates• Supporting the interview process• Assisting with selection and negotiation(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
