Employee Engagement Study

Lancaster County, SC “County” is seeking proposals from qualified firms for services to assist with the design and implementation of a comprehensive employee engagement survey for all County employees. The employees of Lancaster County serve a population of approximately 111,000 residents. The County has approximately 752 full-time, and 492 part-time positions with 50 departments. The successful vendor will furnish detailed survey results and recommendations grounded in best practice and supported by industry data/trends. The purpose of the survey is to measure employee engagement, attitudes, perceptions, and commitment level towards the County, leadership, their roles, and the constituents they serve in accordance with the Scope of Work specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
