Employee Compensation Study

The County of Tuolumne (County) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified Consultants licensed to do business in the State of California to perform an Employee Compensation Study and other related services, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained within the RFP document. The County of Tuolumne seeks to establish a contract for a qualified firm to provide Consulting Services to perform an Employee Compensation Study. The firm awarded the contract shall be paid on a flat fee basis. The County of Tuolumne currently does not have an active contract with any firm for this type of service. It is the County’s intent to conduct a review of its compensation and benefits. The selected firm/consultants will work with the Human Resources Department and County staff in this review.
