Urban Design Guidelines

The City of Hollywood, Florida, seeks proposals from qualified urban planning and design consulting firms to prepare city-wide Urban Design Guidelines. These guidelines will balance environmental, social, and economic priorities while addressing the unique needs of Hollywood’s diverse urban, suburban, coastal, and historic areas. They will serve as a foundational document for future Zoning and Land Development Code updates, guiding context-sensitive, equitable, and resilient development.
