(1) Vendor needs to provide cost allocation plan service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.– A central services cost allocation plan for the city, based on actual costs for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026.  – Provide ongoing expertise in the preparation, review, and negotiation of its cost allocation plan. identify the total cost direct and indirect costs of the city’s operations by department, function, cost center or program.– Identify costs eligible for reimbursement relating to federal grant programs.– Identify cost pool to be allocated. – Identify methodology used to allocate costs. – Identify software used in the process. – Identify basis used for allocation.(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
