Cost Allocation Plan Services

The County of Inyo Department of Auditor-Controller Department ("County") is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified firms (Respondents) who can provide the County with the following service: Cost Allocation Plan preparation and consulting. Submissions to this RFP are due on October 10, 2025 at 5:00pm. Submission instructions, a detailed scope of work, terms and conditions, and the applicable contract can be found below. The County is seeking a qualified consultant to: Review and make recommendations for improvement of its current 2 CFR Part 200 cost allocation plan, Work with Auditor-Controller staff to ensure that all County staff have an understanding of the uses of the Cost Plan, and Prepare the County's Cost Allocation Plan, to assist with calculating the fully burdened (direct plus indirect) costs of providing various County services.
