The City of Newberry, Florida (“Owner”) is inviting Bidders to electronically submit sealed bids for ITB 2026-09, Restoration of the Historic Newberry Power Plant Phase I (Construction). Restoration of the Historic Newberry Power Plant Phase 1 in accordance with the specifications and the accompanying drawings. This project is sponsored in part by the Department of State, Division of Historical Resources and the State of Florida. All project work shall be in compliance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines available online www.nps.gov/tps/standards.htm. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST, Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Location: Historic Newberry Power Plant 120 NW 260th Street Newberry, FL 32669 Attendance of the in-person Site visit is encouraged but non-mandatory. Questions should be submitted to the Owner through Bid Express only. Questions will be accepted through Thursday, May 28, 2026, 6:00 PM EST.
