Qualification of General Contractors for Future Construction of Boathouse and Channel Extension for Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo Phase IV (HARP Phase IV)

The City is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), on behalf of the Historic Arkansas River Port Authority, from General Contractors interested in bidding future construction of the Boathouse and Channel Extension to the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo Phase IV (HARP Phase IV, hereinafter referred to as "Project"). The project was previously bid in October 2020 and various vendors were determined qualified. However, due to the length of time since the bid in 2020, additional bidders will be evaluated and considered for future bidding of this project. Bidders that were previously determined as qualified: You DO NOT need to create a new Statement of Qualifications proposal. Complete the VENDOR QUESTIONNAIRE . For Item 3 of the VENDOR QUESTIONNAIRE , please submit a letter acknowledging that your company is still interested, available, qualified, and financially capable of bidding for the construction project. You may add additional information if you would like it to be considered as an update to your proposal in 2020 (Bid 20-040). New bidders: Complete all items in the VENDOR QUESTIONNAIRE . For Item 3 of the VENDOR QUESTIONNAIRE , you must submit a complete Statement of Qualifications (proposal) with all information as outlined in the PROPOSAL FORMAT AND REQUIRED RESPONSES . New bidders will be evaluated on their past relevant experience of projects of this same scope and size that involved complex demolition; sheeting/shoring, dewatering and cofferdams; complex structural foundation construction; vertical building and elevator tower construction; medium voltage electrical gear; site construction; landscaping and irrigation; and retrofit and construction of new utilities.
