Executive Recruitment Services

The Town of Peace River (the “Town”) invites Proponents to submit a formal proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to provide Executive Recruitment Services to lead and facilitate the recruitment and selection of a Director of Infrastructure and Development (the “Services”) with the intent to negotiate and enter into a Contract with the Town for the Services. The Town of Peace River is a community of approximately 7,000 residents. Peace River residents and visitors are privileged to enjoy one of the most beautiful physical settings in Alberta. The town is located 486 km north-west of Edmonton and 195 km north-east of Grande Prairie, it is the second largest center in north-western Alberta and functions as a thriving regional service and trade center. The Town’s governance structure consists of seven elected officials with the Chief Administrative Officer (“CAO”) acting as key advisor to Council and is responsible for leadership and administration of approximately 135 employees across the organization.
