Tucson Unified School District (TUSD) is in the process of making major changes in the district’s approach to recruitment and retention of students. As part of that initiative, TUSD is seeking to contract with a consulting firm with expertise in K-12 enrollment to help identify opportunities to improve behaviors and practices that negatively impact student and family experience. This work would include engagement of families that have recently departed from TUSD schools and have chosen other K-12 education providers for their children.
