This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to establish a contract with highly qualified consultant(s) that provide strategic enrollment, recruitment, and marketing consulting services to support public educational institutions ranging from K-12 school districts to colleges and universities, in addressing enrollment challenges and advancing institutional growth goals as outlined in this solicitation for 1GPA Cooperative Members (Members) as needed.
