Project entails closure of an existing fueling system consisting of four (4) 15,000 gallon underground double-walled clad steel tanks, underground piping and canopy footers and columns, backfilling in lifts to subgrade, provision and installation of four (4) 20,000 gallon aboveground double walled UL-2085 specification tanks, piping, dispensers, and canopy per attached drawings. County will provide closure environmental services under separate contracts; except for coordination with contract providers, these WBS elements are excluded from this procurement.
