Description
Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified Contractor to renovate the interior and exterior architecture and structure of the Amtrak Building. Additional renovations will include, but are not limited to, HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, site utilities and lighting, masonry restorations, asbestos abatement, new elevated concrete walkways, vehicle driveways, parking, sidewalks, landscape, irrigations and site signage. This work will be performed in accordance with the Technical Specifications and Plans located in the Attachments. It is estimated that the project duration will be 240 days once a contractor has been selected.
