Description
The District of Columbia (the “District”) Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf of the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ( “OCME” ), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit the services of an Architectural/Engineering firm (the “Architect/Engineer” or “A/E”) to provide Architectural/Engineering services for the OCME – COOP Site (Annex) Renovations , located at 7 DC Village Lane, SW, Washington, DC 20032. The selected A/E shall be required to produce existing conditions documentation of the entire facility and to develop construction drawings and specifications for selected internal renovation projects as identified by OCME (the “Project”).
