(1) Vendor needs to provide digital transformation software engineering, system architecture, and project management services.– Product lifecycle management (PLM), computer aided design (CAD), and application lifecycle management (ALM) tools.– Evaluating and recommending integration approaches for the implementation of model–based systems engineering, requirements, simulation, data analytics, manufacturing, maintenance tools, and developed applications.– Reviewing, updating, and supporting decision of assessments of current engineering processes, tools, data flows, pain points, and organizational readiness.– Identifying and supporting decision of use cases, business value, success metrics, pilots, milestones, and critical review gates.– Supporting the refinement of digital engineering roadmap and architecture, including business architecture, collaboration environments, computing infrastructure, model repositories, and integration patterns.– Utilizing common published standards–based integration, APIs, data exchange, and interoperability approaches to implement an end–to–end Digital Thread.– Assisting in the deployment and integration of the digital engineering tools and providing ongoing support for prototype sandboxes and phased deployment
