(1) Vendor needs to provide portable toilets for athletic events services to the government authority located in Coastal Carolina, SC.• Unit size: approx. 4’ wide x 4’ deep x 7.5 high• Approximately 55 gallon holding tank which contains approximately 5 gallon of liquid chemical for breaking down waste.• Enclosed unit with a door that can be locked from the inside• Stock with toilet paper• Stock with seat cover• The portable toilet unit must be leak proof throughout the term of the contract– Vendor shall provide, install and maintain standard climate–controlled 8–stall restroom trailer (4 female / 4 male equivalent capacity).– The equipment shall meet the following minimum specifications:• Total Capacity: 8 stations• Typical layout:– Women’s side: 4 private toilet stalls– Men’s side: 2 private toilet stalls + 2 urinals (equivalent to 4 stations)• Separate entrances for men and women (or equivalent clearly marked configuration)• Interior privacy partitions with full–height doors (typical in higher–end units)(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
