Portable Toilet Services

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide 'Types of Services . Goods and services are to include portable toilets, handwashing stations and baby changing stations for special events and emergencies where permanent restrooms are not available. Bidder shall also clean/service units and perform necessary repairs to damaged units in a timely manner.
