Portable Toilet Rental Services, Continuing Service

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor for the Continuing Supply of Portable Toilets and Hand Wash Station Rentals in support of operations of the Leon County Board of County Commissioners (County) and the City of Tallahassee (COT). It is the intent of the County to award an agreement to one (1) successful bidder. Leon County and the City of Tallahassee reserve the right to negotiate with the successful vendor for any related items, products, or associated work/services not specifically listed in the bid solicitation specifications. Some rented units at times shall be placed in remote, unattended and unsecured areas. Therefore, Leon County does not assume any liability or responsibility for any portable units provided as a result of this contract.
