Lower Linda Mar Repair and Rehabilitation Project Construction Management Services

The City of Pacifica is accepting sealed bids/proposals for 'Project Title 'Project ID to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time . The Lower Linda Mar Rehabilitation and Repair Project is a sanitary sewer pipe bursting and manhole replacement/rehabilitation project. The Project is broken into three components: a base bid component (Base Scope) and additive bid item components (Additive Bid Items 1 and 2 Scopes). The Project will develop bid documents for both elements. Furthermore, the Project will bid both elements, and based on the bidding climate, determine how much of the additive bid items can be constructed. The consultant for construction management and inspection services (CM Consultant) will provide construction management and construction inspection services for the Project.
