Town Hall Shell Space Build-Out Design RFQ

The Town of Wendell is soliciting statements of qualification from professional design consulting firms to provide architectural and engineering services for the build-out of the shell space on the second floor of Town Hall, located at 409 Landing View Drive, Wendell, NC 27591. The selected firm will be responsible for designing construction drawings, preparing bid documents, and providing construction administration services.
