RFQ for Design-Build of a New Downtown Parking Structure

Town of Mooresville, NC / Engineering

Description

The Town of Mooresville has experienced substantial growth in the last couple of decades, growing from a population of less than 10,000 in 1990 to almost 60,000 today. The Town’s vibrant downtown core has expanded and redeveloped over the years and is now a booming destination for citizens and visitors with boutique shops, restaurants, taprooms, the Charles Mack Citizens Center, Mitchell Community College, Liberty Park, special events, and more. In order to enhance accessibility and accommodate downtown visitors and residents, there is an immediate need for a public structured parking facility in the downtown core.
