(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to the government authority located in Redwood, CA.• Assume the management of a portion of the investment portfolio.• Manage the city’s portfolio in a fiduciary capacity with discretionary authority.• Execute trades in accordance with the governing laws and city’s investment policy.• Provide assurance of portfolio compliance with applicable laws and the city’s investment policy.• Provide credit analysis of investment instruments in portfolio.• Provide monthly and quarterly investment reports for the city’s entire portfolio detailing holdings, composition and sector analysis, return, weighted average maturity, duration, and daily transaction activity.• Attend selected quarterly meetings with city staff, as well as the council finance and audit sub–committee meetings and city council meetings as needed.• Evaluate market risk and develop strategies that minimize the impact on the portfolio.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
