The New York City (the City) Department of Design and Construction (DDC or the Department) is in the process of establishing a pre-qualified list (PQL) of contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to install Cold Fluid Applied Reinforced Membrane Roofing System or approved equal for various capital construction projects.
