Vendor needs to provide literacy professional learning summit services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Support the planning and coordination of a citywide literacy professional learning summit– Collaborate with agency staff to plan and coordinate professional development sessions grounded in evidence‑based practices and designed to provide in‑depth, interactive learning on effectively analyzing literacy data, making data‑informed instructional decisions, and implementing multi‑tiered systems of support (MTSS) for children from birth through grade 12– Support agenda curation by selecting one (1) keynote speaker and one (1) national speaker, and by managing the call for proposals for an additional 10–15 local speakers for breakout sessions– Produce event signage, assist with communications and outreach, and provide on‑site support and technical assistance on the day of the event
