DRA-11038 - USA (New Hampshire) - Family Treatment Court Initial Outcomes Data Analysis Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide family treatment court initial outcomes data analysis services to the government authority located in New Hampshire.– Provide data analysis, reporting, data storytelling, cost analysis feasibility review, and ongoing data consultation services in support of Family Treatment Court (FTC) operations, oversight, and continuous improvement.a. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of all available FTC datasets that may contribute to measuring FTC goals, outcomes, and areas for improvement. b. Identify data that is currently collected, data that is inconsistently collected, and data that is needed but not currently collected. c. Identify the most meaningful and actionable quantitative and qualitative metrics for the Statewide FTC Coordinator, local FTC sites, Operations Teams, Steering Teams, Oversight Teams, and partner organizations. d. To the extent possible, fill data gaps by collecting qualitative data from any families who did not provide such input after participation in FTC.   e. Assess the feasibility of completing a full or partial cost analysis related to FTC operations, services, and outcomes. f. Develop a recommended cost analysis methodology, including assumptions, limitations, and data requirements. g. Establish reliable, repeatable data collection, collation, standardization, and reporting processes that may be used during the contract term and sustained after the contract ends. h. Identify what data should be shared regularly with partner organizations to support transparency, continuous quality improvement, and shared accountability. i. Develop practical reporting cadences, templates, dashboards, summaries, and other reporting tools for internal and partner–facing use. j. Produce user–friendly documents, slide decks, summaries, and data stories that assist nontechnical audiences in understanding FTC activities, outcomes, and lessons learned.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
