This procurement serves the Agency's strategic plan by offering coordinated, multi-modal transit solutions to residents in Avondale, Buckeye, Goodyear, Peoria, Glendale, Youngtown, El Mirage, Maricopa County, Tolleson, Surprise, Sun City, and Litchfield Park. With a primary goal of advancing transit accessibility, Agency provides alternative transportation programs under its demand response services tailored for eligible ADA Paratransit riders, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
