The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain proposals from qualified firms to provide A&E services for upgrades to its bus wash and vacuum system at its West Valley Facility. Consultant shall develop plans and specifications required for the solicitations of design / bid / build contracts. The scope of work shall include the design, permitting, bid package, and services during bid and construction. Omnitrans intends to award the contract through the design, bid and construction phase of the project.
