RFP 242238 – JANITORIAL SERVICES – FACILITIES ISLAND WIDE

The purpose of this procurement is to obtain Janitorial Services on all regional facilities island wide. Various contractors will be selected for this objective, to be awarded contracts throughout various regions in the island. Services require furnishing all administration, supervision, field labor, material, equipment and tools necessary to perform daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and as needed cleaning tasks. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including (but not limited to) interior and exterior spaces, halls, offices, restrooms, storage areas, entrance ways, lobbies, elevators and stairways.
