Janitorial Services for Town Facilities

The purpose of this solicitation is to receive proposals from qualified contractors for complete professional janitorial services at several Town facilities. The service provider must be reputable, experienced, and capable of providing superior cleaning services for Town-owned facilities. The intent in soliciting proposals is to obtain a timely, consistent, and cost-effective contract from one contractor to ensure clean and safe facilities for employees, citizens, and visitors doing business with the Town. The service provider must be reputable, experienced, and capable of providing superior cleaning services for Town-owned facilities. The intent in soliciting proposals is to obtain a timely, consistent, and cost effective contract from one contractor to ensure clean and safe facilities for employees, citizens, and visitors doing business with the Town. Both an electronic copy and a hard copy are required. Vendors must submit one of each to be considered responsive. Electronic submissions will not be accepted as the sole submission. All hard copy submissions must be mailed or hand-delivered and must include the following verbiage on the outside of the package: Janitorial Services for Town Facilities RFP and “DO NOT OPEN.” All hard copy submissions must be mailed to the following address: Town of Mooresville Town Hall C/O Purchasing Department 413 N Main Street Mooresville, NC 28115
