(1) Vendor needs to provide inspector record services to the government authority located in El Monte, CA. – Inspectors of Record (IOR) to provide in–plant inspection services for the fabrication of a playground shade structure to be installed at two District school sites.– Review manufacturers test reports for compliance with requirements specified.– Verify material identification.– Inspect high strength bolted connections.– Test rebar, post tension strands, anchor bolts, and epoxy anchor dowels.– Inspect fabrication shop welding.– Observe preheat and inter–pass temperatures, weld pass sequence and size of weld bead.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
