General work description: The City of South San Francisco (the “City”) is soliciting a highly qualified relocation specialist to assist approximately 30 boaters in finding a permanent housing solution. The specialist will be responsible for meeting with all boaters that have moved from Oyster Cove Marina (OCM) to Oyster Point Marina (OPM) and completed our Relocation Interest Form and Acknowledgment, understanding their housing needs and preferences, connecting them with financial and housing resources, being a proactive presence in their lives, encouraging them to apply for alternative slips and housing, and moving as soon as possible but no later than August 31, 2023.
