General work description: The work consists of reconstructing the existing sanitary sewer main on Oyster Point Boulevard between Gull Drive and Gateway Boulevard in South San Francisco, CA with a new 18” HDPE Sanitary Sewer Pipe. The work includes installing the new pipe by open cut method, installing new manholes, reconstructing lower sewer laterals, abandoning segments of sewer main in place, pavement restoration, pavement dig-out repairs, and a 2” grind and overlay of the Asphalt Concrete pavement along the eastbound travel lanes on Oyster Point Boulevard. The engineer’s estimate for this work is $6.4M. Detailed scope of work is included in the bid documents.
