Design Consultant for Oyster Point Sanitary Sewer Pump Station Relocation, ss2202

General work description: The City of South San Francisco (City) seeks proposals for professional engineering and design services to facilitate the relocation of an existing sanitary sewer pump station at Oyster Point. Oyster Point is a closed, unlined Class III landfill regulated by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, (RWQCB) San Francisco Bay Region under Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations. The City desires to relocate an existing sanitary sewer pump station in advance of the construction of a private hotel development project. The existing pump station is a vacuum and ejector pump station that serves various marina facilities at Oyster Point. The relocated pump station must have the capacity to serve the existing marina facilities plus a future 350 room hotel and 40,000 sf restaurant development. The project also includes the relocation of an existing electrical switch gear cabinet that provides electric service to the pump station and marina harbor facilities.
